If there is no built-in morpher/obfuscator or something like that, then yes, you will need crypter.

May I ask what kind of runtime you get? On checkzilla etc. I am also looking for something for a small number of infections, like maybe 5 per week. Anyone has any other recommendation?

I'd just go with open-sourced ones on Github, DcRat and Quasar seem to be quite stable.

Посоветуйте хороший андроид рат не из дешёвых. Чтобы прям достойный был. Был бы очень признателен. Ни когда не работал с ратником, только с андроид ботом, есть желание затестить рат.

Остальное сильного значения не имеет.

Желателен вариант простого запуска, клиент-серверное приложение, где сервер является обычным иcполняемым файлом (.exe) или ява, тож сойдёт.
RAT нужен для личных нужд, разворачивать на хостинге панельку возможности нет, и не целесообразно.
