То есть писать в теме на этом форуме, что у нас абузостуойчивые сервера, а потом лочить каждый новый чистый айпи ... какой то абсурд мягко говоря
Сапорт умалчивает причину блокировки.

1 time we recived emails on their name to pay to certain btc address and this mean data have been leaked
2 time a developer leacked our info and want to sell them third party
3 ips was too slow and not opening (for days)
4 now a server have been blocked and told me that is for malware complaint ( i have only hosted teamserver of cobalt strike and nothing else, without doing any thing)
he had great service for years but if u continue like this i think i am the frist to migrate to other provider

As like every business there are mistakes and not everyone is honest.
1) Incorrect. There was no data leak, there was an vulnerability in our SMTP server where the hacker sent e-mails to users, he used the cache. This was like 6 months ago.
2) Developer did not leak any data, he took the "Order History" hostage and demanded ransom from us, as he only had access to that part, which is also communicated in the e-mail you received.
3) This I can't answer as it's different for everyone, latency, speed, which plan, GEO all play a role.
4) Your server is not blocked, the IP is blackholed, you're mixing things up buddy.
To solve that you have to pay 2.50 for new IP, this is to prevent our network getting dirty, as you're a long-term client, you know how that works.
Yes many things happened this year, but when a provider grows, things happen more often, we grew hard.
We've always been transparent and honest to our clients, feel free to migrate to another provider if you're unhappy with us.
