LE can only seize your crypto stored in law abiding exchanges. They will subpoena the exchange for this and itś even possible the exchange just ignore the order, but most legitimate business will comply. If you coins are cold or in standalone wallets, there is no way they can seize it

more security and privacy, ofcourse XMR, better invesment and security, cold BTC wallet, but in general, use offline wallet of any of these coins.

Yes he's saying exactly that you think . But here are two options . First boot a live USB Woth tails , Ubuntu or debian and second is boot VM directly from USB

Use through tails then your wallet downloaded in core btc would be highly recommended.
