Where can I buy a mail server to send a large number of marketing materials?

Buy an vps CentOs and with 5-7 dedicated ips. Set up AutoPmta and warmup the server and than spam

If no just buy sendgrid account or other with mail access from stiller.

send grid bans u if u send spam and blacklists all ur html mails

alternatively buy hacked vps / root and setup MTA. Optionally route additional TLD and do it yourself.

sendgrid bans at times. Try mailjet.. its much better and flexible
