z servers cut off my service with no notice!!
z servers have said they have been hacked but are not offering refunds to customers or telling us what is going on
i bought servers 2 months ago from them. they were dedicated servers for $120 usd per month. they worked at the beginning but then stopped working and i can no longer access my server. this has negatively impacted my business. my other servers are working and only this one is broken. i asked customer service to fix it, provide new server or give a refund. i am happy with any option but they didn't help.
- they said they cant fix and just buy a new server
- the person i spoke with was incompetent and did not know what they were talking about
- all they could suggest was to search the internet and turn it off and on again
- they refused to honor the sale
- i am a paying customer and they have not provided the service i paid for
- they know it is not working. now they say they have been hacked.
i tried to be reasonable and offer multiple solutions or a refund for just this month. i will not be using their services again if they contunue to not fix the problem. they advertise here and i will not be the only one they have scammed.
