OK, but this is definetely going to impact my opinion of your company. Ordering a VPS should mean near instant stand-up of the VPS since its......a VPS. Your TOS on your website says VPS's will be stood up within 3 hours after an order and you didn't even meet that timeframe. I ordered the VPS at around 12 PM and it wasn't stood up until 5 AM the following day. I know you dont give refunds but I should get some credits or something for you violating your own TOS.

23.12 пополнил баланс, оплатил впс. ВПС до сих пор не актив. В суппорте тикет "пендинг". Что-то долго....
