3a разумные деньги такого решения нет. Всё, что в паблике или даже якобы полуприват, то сводится к фишингу на скачивание ехе под видом софта для чтения пдф.
Если не прав - пните на гения, кто даст решение по данному вопросу. Выкуплю, если цена не космическая
