I just paid 125 eur for a server, got it installed and cannot connect, saying "internal error".Hello there!
Our team is currently offline, you can still expect a response today of course, but not instant.

I'm sorry about your issue. When the Telegram bot says it's offline it means there is no operator online, but your message gets handled as soon one is online.DarkStone сказал(а):

Using them for almost a year now, many times they just never ever answer to your support tickets or telegram support messages.
All their IP's are blacklisted and they never reply on that or fix that.
CrazyRDP , are you going to fix all this, or lose long time customers that has more then 100 servers with you?
