im looking for learn to make FUD .xlsx exploit for reverse shell. bypass normal windows defender not big one

In the most general case you need a 0-day exploit and it will be FUD for sometime, until it became known to AV companies.

I just want hack some local colleges website for fun through phishing in there is any good way to do that. suggest someting good please

Well, you don't need it to be FUD then, if you know what AV is on the target, you can just bypass it. You might be able to get away with just using a macro or dde or something, it depends on the target again, if it doesn't have good protection established. But anyway hacking colleges for fun may be an express ticket to jail.
