How to get most out of leads?

Hello everyone, I have 500 crypto.com leads mostly US and some mixed EU. My question is how can I get the most of them? For example phishing site with 12 word phase grabber or something else? I'm new to this stuff so I would greatly appreciate some suggestions. Thank you!
