If you have no idea what is SDA, DDA, etc and/or you have no clue what EMV cards CANNOT be static (means you CAN NOT clone it, there was some variations with few banks/bins but not anymore) - you better go back to your school books and i bet you still believe in tooth fairy.

Seems like you cannot download any file from there ? or can I ? . However, I have seen some do really cash out using like X2 EMV. they do use the same bin IST and then rewrite with the same bin but different dumps track1 and 2 with PIN and hit the ATMs. not sure if this is true or not.
