Define what you mean by "good"? Good at what?

If you're asking if "Team Daniel" are good hackers then the answer is no. If you can't see a mention of them on any forum, or disclosure list or written / tweeted about by security researchers or on blogs then you have your answer. Breach disclosures are public and easy to verify and if a group is advertising themself with the goal being attention then it literally makes no sense not to publicly claim their work since its already public. The reason they probably don't claim any work openly is because they know that very quickly it would be checked by many, easily.

Also, "Team Daniel" doesnt even sound like a team lol. It sounds like a kid sitting around having a fantasy about being a hacker and thought a group name, or team name would be cool so he could appear similar to an APT group or something but he lacked any creativity and decided he would just use his first name...
