Мутная какая-то хрень. После покупки прокси не получаешь, а должен написать в телегу или создать тикет чтобы тебе редемнули. Ответа нету, а прокси нужны были прямо тут и сейчас. Купил у другого провайдера в итоге.

Residential Proxy has residential IPs, 2,000,000 IP Pool.
Yes, they're rotating.
