Blacklisted AVAX Address

hi i have a wallet i got $ in but the contract for the coin blacklisted my address to use the coin. when i try sending or trading i get

The contract function "swapExactTokensForTokens" reverted with the following reason:

Add USDC to Wallet

Это был Honeypot, я тоже в него влетел и была такая же ошибка на трейдер джо
Если есть какие-то возможности забрать свои средства если уже влетел и ликвидность ещё не забрали, расскажи пожалуйста.
