Hello, anyone knows any android emulator which can run with banking apps ? need something that bypass banking app emulator protection.

All public emulators are already on the list of all antidetects.
The way out is to make your own emulator, about which no one will know.
Or use a real device and change its identifiers

you have to understand how android works! And the fact that without root rights you will not be able to change some of the IDs of your system. You will not be able to change the phone number that is supposedly in your phone. And there's a lot more you can't do without root rights.

Therefore, I still advise you to figure out how to get root rights to your phone
