Searching for a Ad traffic professional for cloaked ads

Greetings all hard working people in this forum!
I'm looking for assistance with my project. This project needs a network guru who can handle cloaking and ofcourse run ads on google adsense or any traffic they can imagine, for a specific age group.
There would be a need to run 1-2 domains at the start with cloaked ads and gradually increase later.
Due to cloaked campaigns, the accounts get deleted regularly so you have to prepare them in advance.
We can do this as partnership.

Dear Admin, I mean no rules violation.
Would appreciate a helping hand here.

Hello all,

I am writing this reply after getting some personal messages. I dont need traffic. I need someone who can run ads in their traffic or wherever they can. I want only calls generated through any type of ads you can think of. I get paid per call that comes for those support requests from those calls. We share the profits per call 50-50. Same day pay out no matter if its $10 or $1000, same day. You get to see the calls coming in, to modify the campaign or traffic that you are running, including the fake calls which we will try to avoid as they dont bring money from clients. I have clients who want those calls.
