Frozen credit report ON CREDIT.COM

So i got this fresh fullz profile with background report and credit.com login. I found that it had a frozen credit report. Is there any way around this?? , Is the Fullz burned ? Is it that all fullz have frozen credit report ? . It is my first time dealing with fullz. Looking forward to hearing from y'all experienced people. TIA

yeah man it has burned down, from what i can understand by google, a credit report is frozen when fraud is suspected.
