Bulletproof VPS Needed

Hello,

I'm searching for a VPS/RDP hosting, That ignores Spamhaus reports let it stay on for a whole month!
WHM/Cpanel/Plesk/Vesta I need acces on a Database + myphpadmin then I'm good!
And a Bulletproof Domain will suite me 2 if that possible nowadays.

What yall Advices me Please, Im in desprete Need, Got Mouths to Feed.
