    i need a good coder who can make a checker for proxy to send sms

    i curently scanning ssh, for making proxy.. to send sms. but i catch to many and i cant test each one to see if they are sending. i need a program where i can upload 1000 proxies, and check wich is sending sms. can someone helps me with that ?
