Yes, but if you do send logs to telegram then you will need to enter the bot's token and chat id in the build

and also sending logs to telegram can affect the security of the logs storage because someone can find out the token telegram bot and forward logs to himself

Not really good idea imho, cause your telegram bot token will be exposed.
